Over the past 30 years, as technical sales manager
for internationally known manufacturers of pharmaceutical
processing equipment, he worked with R&D and production personnel to
achieve process optimization and equipment selection. He
has presented technology at PMA and generic companies as well
as industry symposiums and workshops on the subjects of high shear
granulation, fluid bed processing, drying equipment and GMP's.
As a means of improving technology transfer within the
industry, he is very involved in association activities. He was recently
the Chair of the New Jersey Pharmaceutical Association of Science and
Technology (NJPhAST) and Member-at-Large for the American Association of
Indian Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAiPS). He also serves as President
of CESEA (Chemical Equipment Sales Engineers Association). He is a
contributor to Pristine Processing and Chemical Engineering magazines as
well as author of the chapter on Drying in the Fermentation and
Biochemical Engineering Handbook. A member of American MENSA, he holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, 1976.
